I am a mentor of the Dialysis Center in DZ Metkovic, where I actively participate in treatment and the rehearsal and the Patient Processing Processing. Since the entry of the Republic of Croatia, the Eurotransplants from the Dialysis Center Dubrovnik have been transplanted over 50 patients who have been regularly controlled regularly through the work of the Transplant Patience of the Dubrovnik General Hospital. Throughout the work, I solve the complications of patients who replace the renal function from all over the county, that is, centers for DZ Metkovic and Korcula Dialysis. At the Department, I deal with the treatment of patients with a wide range of nephrological pathologies from essential through secondary arterial hypertension, glomerular diseases, diabetic nephropathy, chronic kidney disease, acute renal function to nephrolithiasis and uroinfection. In many years of cooperation with colleagues from KB and KBC in Zagreb, I participate in the processing, treatment and control of patients with primary and secondary diseases of Glomerul. For the past few years, I have been working to improve peritoneous dialysis as well as the treatment of patients in the preterminal phase of the renal failure, and to install on the leaflet of the renal transplantation. I have set up over 200 permanent dialysis teasio catheter since 2004 and over 500 temporary dialysis catheters. Active Participation in the Organizing and Expert Committee 8 (2017) and 9 (2020) and 10 (2023) of the Croatian Congress of Nephrology Dialysis and Transplantation with lectures and gradually organizational and expert committees 3 - 10 (2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2021, 2022 , 2023) Croatian Transplantation School with lectures in most of the rallies that organize HDDT independently as well as in organization with other professional societies.
